FAQ
Geography defines the size. Unlike a traditional subdivision, we don’t divide the land into identical rectangles. The plots respect natural boundaries (streams, forests, hills).
We encourage autonomy. While some plots have the possibility of connecting to rural utilities, we promote energy independence (solar) and responsible water use. We’re looking for neighbors willing to implement low-impact, sustainable solutions.
Full legal security. Absolutely. All plots have their own registered property ID and are properly recorded with the Conservator of Real Estate. We guarantee a transparent and secure purchasing process, with no legal surprises.
We seek stewards, not speculators. Our goal is conservation and community living. We do not support intensive subdivision projects that fragment the ecosystem. We look for owners who want to preserve the landscape as a whole over time.
Respectful architecture. We don’t impose a rigid style, but we do suggest design guidelines that integrate with the environment (use of wood, moderate heights). The idea is for your home to coexist with the forest, not dominate it.
Disconnected, yet connected. Puerto Guadal has mobile signal and satellite internet options (such as Starlink), allowing you to work remotely without issues, surrounded by silence and nature.
